My name is Christa Groves, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing for a couple of years now. My goal here is to take the time to really hear my clients and focus on what goals they expect from each session. I try to explain as much as I can so you feel more comfortable about the massage and the time frame it will take to get you feeling better. I have a passion to make others life better, both physically as well as mentally. Sometimes having just an hour to block the world out can ease the stress your body carries everyday. If you are looking for someone who will do everything I can to help you then I am the right LMT for you.
