My name is Christa Groves, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing for a couple of years now. My goal here is to take the time to really hear my clients and focus on what goals they expect from each session. I try to explain as much as I can so you feel more comfortable about the massage and the time frame it will take to get you feeling better. I have a passion to make others life better, both physically as well as mentally. Sometimes having just an hour to block the world out can ease the stress your body carries everyday.
